  • What materials are commonly used?
    · Rigid Compact: integral skin compact polyurethane 1100 kg/m³. Wall thickness can vary from 8-3 mm. · Rigid Foam: blowing agent creates a high-density skin around a low-density microcellular core. The skin gives the part firmness and durability while the core reduces weight by 700 kg/m³. Wall thickness can vary from 30-9 mm.
